uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

I took my switch to them on February 1, 2025 with a broken charging port. The tech told me it might not be a port, it might be a chip, and he would diagnose it. He took it in the back and came back out and told me it was a broken port, but the chips might be bad too. They told me it would be 3-5 days for a repair. I heard nothing for a week, so I went in a week later, today, February 8th, asking if it was ready and why I had not heard anything. The agent immediately had an attitude and told me if I wanted to take my switch today, I could. They told me they were still in the process of repairing it, but if I needed it I could take it with me today. I asked if it was functional and he said no, but if I needed it I could take it with me today. He told me I could take my still broken switch with me today about 5 or 6 times through our conversation. I asked for clarification on how much longer it would take to fix and he told me he didn’t know, but maybe another 3-5 days, but I was always welcome to call and check on the status if I wanted to know. So it is the customers responsibility to call every day and check to see if my repair is completed. I am going to complete this repair, as they already have some of my money sunk into it, but I will not be using this business after this. Beware trusting the website or the agents for a quick repair.

Called in about my shattered screen on my phone, and Vince knew immediately what the problem was and ordered the part, was able to fix it the next day and he even stayed later than he had too, to make sure I could take my phone back that night. Definitely coming back again and recommending to my friends. 👍🏽

Updated 09/26/24 -so the phone number provided in the reply 877 320 2337 is not correct! Called twice on that phone number. Original review - I was so excited to having a new phone with so much powerful cameras on it.The galaxy s23 ultra. Accident happens in everyone's life.and it happened with me too.after owning the phone for 6 months the front screen got cracked. Unfortunately i didn't have the insurance for this phone. So i went to Samsung website and i was looking for screen replacement service. Samsung was offering me screen replacement for the same price as uBreakiFix. To get it fix from samsung I had to ship my phone to Samsung's provided address and it was gonna take about 15 days time which i found too long since i only have one phone. Now there was another option on Samsung's website that go through authorized repairer shop(partner) which was this uBreakiFix. Same day repair. I decided to go here. I called them ask them about the availability. I was told i can come tomorrow and get it fixed. Next day i went there. The salesperson told me they ordered the new screens and it was supposed to delivered today but they didn't receive the delivery. Understandable. The following day in the evening i received the call from them and told to go back. I went there. He showed me the new oem screen that was gonna be put on my phone.. It was ok. I Gave my phone for the Fix. After an hour around 7pm i went back to pick up the phone. I was happy that it got fixed. I checked replaced screen it was ok. picked up the phone Went home. Next morning i was taking some pictures. I saw the screen was blurry when i opened the camera. I thought it must be the fingerprints. I tried to clean up the camera lens. But no luck. Same blurry pics. Now i am inspecting all camera lens properly and found that lots of dusting inside. Same with front camera. I called them and explained about the dusting on camera. They told come back we will clean up. This is the third visit. They took my phone said we will Open up the back cover and clean up the lens. They took my phone in 25 or 30 minutes i was handed my phone back. I asked what about the front camera? Till the day i am looking for the answers. I would not recommend anyone go there for phone screen replacement because you'll end up getting dust inside your phone and your camera system. I hate my phone more than I ever loved it. Can't take pictures or shoot videos. All blurry and sun glare when taking pics. @uBreakiFix Look at these pictures. what you gonna do about this?

I shattered the screen on my phone. I made an appointment, but went in a little early. Jerome was in today and helped me file the insurance claim. My phone was fixed perfectly! Thank you Jerome and your co-workers for the great help today!

My mom had a chip on the face on her Apple Watch. She brought it in. They said they could fix it while she waited for it. She wanted a new battery as well and they said they could do that too. She got her watch back in WORSE condition than when she brought it in. The face of the watch was completely scratched, the back of the watch completely scratched and the watch band- you guessed it, scratched up. Unless you want your Apple Watch to be destroyed, be charged money for the destruction, and blamed for the destruction, DO NOT bring your watch here. Absolutely ridiculous that she got the run around by dishonest employees, if they couldn’t fix it, just be honest.
