The Connect

I don't get into The Connect very often but whenever I do everyone is super friendly, helpful and have awesome attitudes. I always leave the store highly satisfied. Shout-out to the owner too who knows my mother and has always been awesome to me and my family. He's a great guy and all around great person. Everyone should keep going to The Connect and support small business.

While a bit small as far as local Lebanon businesses go, its a great place to stop in and look around. A lot of street wear and shoes, as well as a good selection of electronics such as TVs and Apple phones. Recommended a friend and they had great service. The only thing I could see being a bit of a downer is the limited supply of phones aside from Apple, and not many unlocked options if any last time I stopped in, but otherwise a great place!

My ex bought a phone from the owner to give to me as a christmas gift. it was sold to us under financial obligations and i could never even use the phone and now can’t even sell it because of this issue. the owner has been blowing this off for 2-3+ years now and refuses to do anything to fix it or buy it back. id recommend double, triple checking any electronics from them. a phone under financial obligations is an absolutely worthless phone.

I needed a last minute fix on my apple MacBook while I was in town. The owner was able to take me that same day and fix it before I headed out of town. Reliable, very friendly and cheap! Highly recommend!

Spent 170 dollars for them to mess up my phone screen, came back in and was charged another 40 to fix it again but the same problem kept happening went In AGAIN they said they "resolved" the issue but my phone is still not working. Went to the mall and they took apart my phone and told me the screens they used was missing six screws. And basically said they order cheap screens. spend over 200$ for a messed up phone. you need your phone fixed DONT GO HERE!
