Orlando really helped me today! What a great guy and super helpful! Hooked me up with a great deal on a GPU, as well as some tech-support to diagnose an old Gaming Pc.

I visited Perrone Technologies on a Friday to discuss a login problem with my HP Envy. I could not access my profile leaving my only alternative to sign in as Temp. Orlando diagnosed the problem as a corrupt HD and offered to look into it immediately. The problem was much more complex than originally expected and required more effort than simply replacing the HD and cloning the data. He worked on the problem on a Friday night, and over the weekend. He recovered my profile, settings and files while increasing the functionality of my laptop. I cannot overstate my appreciation for Orlando's time, knowledge and expertise. Thank you!

Very knowledgeable, pricing was beyond fair, and timing was fantastic. Orlando fixed my laptop in a day and also took a look at a printer that had a nasty paper jam. The printer was too far gone to justify dumping money into. I was not charged for his time looking at the printer. Great experience and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for computer repairs!

My father brought his computer in that wouldn't boot, they told him his hard drive is at 3 percent charged him $295 for a500gb wd drive, you can get a 2 to 3 TB hard drive for that price. They also told him they don't have enough room on there hard drive to copy over files to the new drive? They don't need room on there drive to clone a hard drive. My Microsoft and Cisco certification are almost a decade outdated, but it's apparent that they don't know what they are doing, and way overcharging. He wants to argue that the price was for cleaning out the dust with some canned air and for cloning of the drive, and he is also claiming that the drive he ordered was also way too small. He also is making the claim that the hard drive is only at 3% percent health, what exactly does that mean the hard drive is almost full or the hard drive is full? of bad sectors? The bottom line is that he charged for almost $300 for a hard drive that would cost usually under a $100 and some canned air and while he is trying to defend his price that he charged, he still overcharged. He ordered a way smaller drive than he was replacing He didn't clone the drive he was going to replace He still charged almost $300 for a $70 hard drive and some canned air He didn't offer any money back for services not done You clearly prey on people who don't know If you don't like my review then refund my father for services you never did, and I will happily delete my review

I had a computer that would not boot up, there was years of photos on it. In a short amount of time, I received a usb drive with all of the memories. Very pleased with the results! Thank you
