For the past year, I've been dealing with frequent crashes on my PC, making it incredibly frustrating to sit down and enjoy my games. John was able to guess what might be causing it within minutes. After just one night and a few straightforward changes, my PC is running like new again. John is very knowledgeable and I felt completely comfortable leaving my computer in his care.
