Excellent experience! Dropped off a Switch which needed a new USB port. Eric was upfront about the cost. Switch was ready to be picked up 4 days later! Highly recommend to anyone looking for local tech repair.

I love little shops like this one, the owner is very knowledgeable of products he has and is helpful when you have a question. This shop has video games from the 1970s til now. It also has cameras, video equipment, some TVs, and VHS to digital transfer services. The prices are great! If you like to support small businesses, I'd suggest checking Red Tree Tech out.

I saw a really nice retro gaming pc and I asked him if it was for sale he said make me a offer. At the end it ended up working and excited to get some games on it

The guy with glasses “Eric” said he could fix my iPhone from water damage so I left it there to be fixed. Months go pass by & he’s not fixing my phone I have to check in every time here & there. Eventually, he says, he just changed the screen, but didn’t even fix the phone cause it can’t be fixed which is fine & didn’t charge me. I took this iPhone up the street around the corner to be looked at & the people told me that there were parts missing. I don’t recommend anyone to be going to that shop & get there personal electronic items to be looked at by him or anyone else who works there.

I went there not too long and ask the guy who works there with the glasses if he could repair my phone, he says yes. When I came back the next day, my screen was fixed but my phone was completely not working. Before i came to him my phone was fine just a crack on the screen. Now my phone won't turn on and he refused to fix my phone or give me a refund. -1000/10 do not recommend. DO NOT COME HERE!!!
