They sold me an open box computer that was missing ram. I went back to get them to fix it and the Geek Squad manager argued with me for 10 minutes that it had all the ram it was advertised to have. He didn’t know what he was talking about, made a scene, and then walked off with my receipt. See pictures for the missing ram stick.

My 65” television just stopped working. They’ve been to my home 3 times with different parts shipped here. Last call, they said I should expect a refund from the supervisor. That person is MIA! I just want another TV, but no one is helping! It’s just a maze of CS reps, chat bots, and new phone numbers to try. Save your $. (As a follow-up I’d like to report that I did eventually receive a refund).

I have bought 75” HISENSE TV it blacked out, when Called Best Buy their Agency of repairs Geek Squad said they can’t repair my TV because certain Models they don't deal with it any more. My question was why did they sell something they know it can’t be repaired (Scams)

New car stereo installed. ~2 months and the screen went black. . . seemed to be power related. Scheduling with them was a bit of a pain but once this was done everything else was smooth sailing. They provided fast and friendly service. They explained the issue and everything was covered under warranty.

Bought and paid for a new car stereo which they installed but never showed us how to operate. Driving home we realized it was defective. There is no way to call them to get a quick appointment for repair or replacement. I had to go online and schedule yet another appointment four weeks later (Ugh). On the day of the second appointment they called and cancelled the appointment stating that their tech was sick (okay. Understandable). They said they'd call back the next day to get us in for our cancelled appointment. Three day's later, still no word from the Geek Squad and no way to call them directly. Scheduled yet another appointment four more weeks out (Ay Kurumba!). Its to the breaking point with me. Who runs a business with no direct phone contact? I now have a bad taste for both Geek Squad and Best Buy. Very poor business practice and unprofessional treatment of customers. Good luck in the future. You won't be seeing anymore of my hard earned money.
