Before you try fixing your iPad on your own, bring it to Tracy at Fix (IT) Chix. I took my 9th generation iPad in to complete the screen installation that I started. Needless to say, I should have had Tracy do it before I tried anything. She graciously told me that I wasn’t too far away from completing it, but I knew she was being too kind. She was able to fix it and return it to me all in the same day.

I arrived yesterday 10 minutes before the standard closing, thinking that my problem would be rapildy solved. Finally, it took 40 minutes for my problem to be solved, but the person who welcomed me didn't want to stop before the problem was solved. I've been helped in the most efficient and kindest way, and I believe it's important to share that.

January 2024: Tracy was very helpful with my wife’s IPhone’s protective screen. She removed the old & replaced it with a new screen protector in about 15 minutes tops. It was a pleasant experience and I will be going back for further repairs in my future!!! Count on it. Great work from everyone, thank you!!!! Update January 2025: I took my phone with a cracked screen protector and they fixed it while I waited. It was a iPhone 16 & I called ahead to find out if they had the screen protector for my phone & they did not. I bought one on Amazon & they put that one on for me & it looks great!!!! I will go to them for all of my computer issues for sure! 5 stars all around. Good people! Chris Watterson

What an outstanding place to get your Tablet Phone Computer Fixed by an PROFESSIONAL person who is fair priced very well to work with we will go no where else we live in Ephrata and definitely worth the drive into lancaster across from the train station. She gave me options that she recommended very trustworthy and honest It's truly rare to find this type service now a days THANK YOU

Great communication! Quick scheduling, quick turn around time even with a holiday weekend, and recycled old laptops for me. Fix IT chix was able to recover photos and videos off of 3 old laptops and an external hard drive that I accidentally wrote data over. Some of the photos were the only photos I had of my children as infants! I am so pleased with all that they were able to recover and how reasonably priced she was! Will be back for any and all other tech issues! Thank you SO much!
