Many of the employees working here are extremely easy going! I love coming here. Yeah it stinks when your MacBook dies or something but they are all willing to help you out and give you the right diagnosis and fix. Never had a bad interaction here. They all really are there to help you! They don’t try to push anything on you, only a light suggestion here and there. Since I do a lot of research before going to the store, I’m usually in and out in record time!

Crazy busy on Black Friday, but they had a zillion associates. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Went with a friend to get his screen repaired at the Apple Genius bar. Almost makes me wish I had an iPhone. 🤣

Just really had the worst experience ever. They made me travel 45 minutes to diagnose something which I already had told them. Also, they did not give me the product which was faulty and asked me to come again as they did not want to give it to me from their store. They would not ship it directly to my home either. This Apple Store is around 40 minutes away from my place. Really one of the worst customer services. The manager was not helpful at all. Usually Apple customer service is good and I have had good experience with it. I would suggest going online or go to another Apple store

On Monday, 12/2/24…I, a senior in my 70’s, ordered a new iPhone 16 Pro Max to replace my iPhone 12 via a trade in. Thank goodness for George, a very helpful associate @ Apple Park City, helped me thru the entire process of ordering the delivery of the new phone. After receiving my new iPhone via fedex 2 days later as George predicted, I decided to return to Apple Park City in order to undergo the swap process on Friday, 12/5/24…upon arriving I was told to have a seat at a table with another couple and an associate would be with me shortly. The associate told me that all I would have to do is follow the prompts from the old to the new phone…and she would return after helping others if I should have any questions. I was previously told via customer service that Apple would take care of the swap and would return the pro 16 when the swap was complete…but I quickly found that to be untrue. So I asked questions but I got through it until the very end. By that time i had a different associate and the iCloud password just wouldn’t compute…he tried several ways but nothing worked. And then George arrived…he saw me having a hard time…he spoke to the previous associate and within a half hour George had me use a different password using a capital letter… other small case letters… numbers and a symbol …. and VOILA it worked!!! THANK GOD for George who was patient, very knowledgeable, kind and at times made me laugh which broke the tension. All I can say is THANK YOU SO MUCH GEORGE!!!!
