Most of the time I purchase online but when I wanted a new Apple Watch I needed to go to Apple Store. First to see the different watch sizes on my wrist and second to look at the different bands. I was very pleased with the caring and constructive help I received from my expert Apple consultant. Apple... own it don't trade it!

I had an appointment with the Genius Bar to get my screen fixed. The guy that checked me in wouldn’t even let me get to the Genius Bar without trying to sell me a new phone and kept saying for $200 more you can just get a new phone and wouldn’t let me go to the Genius Bar. I walked out of the store. I’ll go to a third party to get my phone fixed without the hassle

The customer support at the Apple Store in King of Prussia, PA is terrible. They are unresponsive, rude and have a don’t care attitude. I had a pick up order at the store for four items (that I had already paid for online) and it took them 30-45 minutes to get it to us. I had an appointment with someone at the Genius Bar the next day with them to help my 74 year old dad to help migrate data. Not only did they keep delaying our appointment by 15 minutes for the next one hour but when our turn came, the lady that was suppose to help us barely attended us and said she needs to go to her next customer and will be back in 15 minutes. When we tried asking questions, we either received a response said “I don’t know”, “we don’t have time” or “you will have to wait” although it was our appointment. Clearly they only have “customer support and service” as a check box and dont actually provide it. They are not there to help nor listen. All of the customer support and service staff was on the edge and quite rude. It’s like they just wanted people to leave them alone which is surprising given the customer service role they are in. If you are going there with hopes to fix a problem, save your time and try another channel or an Apple Store at another location.

Help are very busy and distracted. I don't feel like they are good at listening. It takes a while to get the employees tuned in to what I am asking for. If you want to buy a product, you better know what you want because they aren't very good at helping you to sort through the options.

Best experience I’ve ever had at an Apple Store. Everything was very streamlined, I was in and out with my purchase in under 30 minutes. Very impressive considering I went the weekend of Black Friday and it was packed.
