BEST DECISION MADE!!! The man's review's speaks for itself & his actions ring even truer. Completely trustworthy, reasonably priced & most definitely knowledgable about what he's doing. I had came in with a terribly built gaming PC I had purchased from a 3rd-party company. Paid top-dollar for it only to receive nothing, but consistent crashes whenever I would run any game on it. Talk about a disappointment. I tried seeking help from other "PC experts" to discover what the issue was & to no avail, no one could figure it out.. That was until I met Vadim at G1-Tech. He welcomed the challenge with confidence & shortly after discovered that the flaw was an incompatible part the manufacturer had installed that would not regulate my CPU's temperature. Whenever I would game, my CPU's temps would rise upwards over 80 degrees which would cause my PC to crash!! Talk about a design flaw on the other company's part! With Vadim's expertise, we worked together to make necessary upgrades for a new liquid cooler that would regulate my temps & a larger (and AWESOME) PC case that would support the liquid cooler's size for installation. It is now day 7 with my upgraded PC & I cannot tell you how relieved I am to finally be able to game without fear of it crashing! THANK YOU SO MUCH, VADIM! 5 out of 5 Stars!

Vadim helped me order a new case to support a bigger, better, CPU water cooler. My original cooler broke, causing games to make my PC's temperatures throttle and crash. He helped me make the best decision for my money and PC's well-being, took 1-2 weeks to replace all my parts into the new case, and everything is working flawlessly. I trust him to help me make the best decisions again in a few months to replace my psu and other parts. Couldn't recommend enough!

I cannot recommend G1-Tech highly enough! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. First off, the customer service is stellar, and Vadim really takes the time to walk you through the issue and any other questions you may have. Besides the incredible and friendly customer service, the prices are unbeatable. You are not charged for the time that he works on your device, you are only charged for whatever the problem ends up being. I received a free cleaning, as well as having other things fixed up on my Mac, without being charged, that had not yet caused any big issues, but could have eventually. If you have any issues with computers this is the place to go!
