Staples

This store has great customer service! I was very impressed as I walked in. I was immediately greeted, and an associate took me over personally to what I was looking for. The store is also merchandised well and was fully stocked. I will drive a little bit further to use this Staples in the future.

I took my laptop into the store Wednesday afternoon to have it cleaned out and the young man told me it would be ready the next day and it was! When I returned on Thursday, Cory waited on me and explained everything to me and things I should look for to prevent future viruses. He also gave me a charger to use until my new one came in. Thank you Cory!

The store employees were very helpful and went above and beyond expectations by taking merchandise from the back of the store to my car for me. The check out staff were very patient, and helpful when I asked for assistance.

The sales associate, Travis, was absolutely AMAZING 🤩 I needed a wired mouse in an hour and a half for my brand new job (my new Employer failed to include one in with the rest of my WFH equipment), and Travis found for me I think the very last wired mouse… THANK YOU TRAVIS!!! You saved me 😁🙂🙏🏼 Travis was super helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, personable, I mean Travis was and is everything customer service should be. Honestly. So Travis, you rock. You saved my new job. You, kind sir, are awesome 😎 UPDATE 10/20/24 - My hubby and I went in here today to purchase me a new desk chair and Josh was OUTSTANDING 🙌🏼 He approached us to see if we needed help and he took it from there on out.
