I absolutely love this place!! My 75 Year old Father's phone screen blacked out, and AT&T wouldn't fix it, only replace it. That unfortunately meant he would lose all his photos, contacts, messages..etc. We took his phone to CPR in Hermitage, and within an hour and a half, they had it completely fixed and operable! The staff was so friendly, helpful, honest, and caring! Thank you so much for helping us out! You guys rock!! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

These guys were great! Andrew answered my initial phone call and was very personable and understanding of what was going on with my PC. Anthony, who is the master technician fixed my issue that I was having for over 8 months in less than a day once he started working on it. Mind you, it was a super easy fix, I was just incompetent and probably didn’t try what he did the correct way. All of the other staff were very nice as well, I just didn’t get their names. They also didn’t charge me as much as I thought they would. Granted Anthony worked on my PC for probably 5 minutes. (Like I said, super easy fix, I’m just dumb) Haha Thanks guys, and keep doing what you’re doing!

Great service and very patient with my issue that took place over multiple days and visits. Andrew primarily assisted me and was fantastic and I was also assisted briefly by Ramses who was excellent as well. Will absolutely come back and recommend to anyone else having issues

I've had occasion to visit the Hermitage store 3 times in the past week for assistance with my phone. The service is reasonably priced and I can't praise the great customer service provided by Andrew. I would give him a 10 if there were enough stars. He is knowledgeable, professional and an all around kind person!

These guys are hands down the best. I’ve taken my iPad there a couple of times in the last 2 years (different reasons) and they’ve never disappointed. In addition to knowing their craft I appreciate the personal experience. They are pleasant, polite and capable of explaining things so that I understand what they need to do and why they need to do it. I would never go anywhere else !!!
