The gentleman was great, immediately took a look at it, and was able to get us the all information we needed!!! Very professional yet personable!!! Antionio was great to work with, very patient, caring, and helpful. Very thorough and analyzes the machine before he jumps right into doing your request - so he knows his way around. I have a new 2024 Dell Alienware laptop and wanted to upgrade it and fix a few cosmetic repairs. He fixed the repairs and got the upgrades to work! Non review related: To anyone that may see this and be shopping for computers: I would advise all to be weary of purchasing from Dell in general and especially Alienware. It works great and everything, but I'd just advise against Dell in general.

This place is amazing! My son needed a new hard drive in his computer, I called and he had them in stock and told me to bring it down. I dropped PC off and it was done in an hour for a very fair price. Super nice guy. Answered questions I had about other computer stuff and was more than happy to help.
