I have a gaming pc I built myself, and with the work and the holiday coming, I didn't have time to repair it myself. The issue was that the pc failed to power on. Now, this pc contains an AMD Ryzen 9 5950X, MSI X470 mobo, 32 gb rgb Lexar ARES 4000mhz, EVGA 850 gold psu, and a MSI RTX 3070. The repairman informed me the issue was the motherboard, and he gave me 2 options for replacements. His words were a $190 or $300 board. Ok, what is the brand and model i asked. His reply, I don't have that at the moment. I asked several times only to have my question avoided. Right then, I knew I should've gotten my pc and not come back. But I needed my pc up and running and had no time to do the repair/replacement myself. And went with the $190 option. Even if they replaced it with the same board, which is currently $199, that would be fine I picked up the pc to be billed $545.90 while looking at the "Affordable pc repair" sign in the repairman room floor. I've built entire pc's for less. I asked for the old motherboard and the box for the new one, only to be met with dodges on how they cleaned up, and it may have been thrown out. I wouldn't be swayed this time and finally received both. After looking at the $120 asrock motherboard that was installed, I was furious. Never again. Lesson learned: Next time, do it myself. Very dishonest business. Minus the boards actual price, they pocketed $425.90 for installing a cheap replacement "that i will have to change" and a diagnostic of the issue. I know times are hard, but in this day and age of word of mouth, it benefits, to be honest. I can not recommend this place for anyone. Stay far, far away. Edit: In response to the CNA response. My son dropped off the pc, so the price was never discussed. Also, it took a week for the board to come. The board is $120, not $150. It's two days shipping on amazon and newegg. If I wanted it done fast, 7+ days isn't fast. Also, I never stressed a time frame. I asked several times for the model and brand, and that information was never given. What would be the excuse for that? Try being honest instead of doing bad business and then attempting to do damage control about bad reviews. Lastly, I still have to replace the shit board that you guys installed, so yeah I will be doing the repair myself. You're welcome for the donation that I gave you, won't make the same mistake again, and I stress others not to do the same. DO BETTER!!!

My laptop went bad in one day, and needed a lot of fixing. I was desperate after spending an entire day with a remote service that probably made things worse. I called CNA and was told to come right in. Peter spent an entire day reimaging everything. He was patient, knowledgeable and kind. He brought my laptop back to an even better state. I highly recommend CNA and will happily refer them to anyone that needs face to face help with their device. Thank you so much, Peter.

Needed a repair for my msi gs66 stealth with a shorted charging port, spoke with a person over the phone and was quoted between 150-300$ for the charging port if it was connected with a cable, when I asked how much more it would be if it was a solder job I was told no more than 40-50 bucks. Brought in the laptop, and about an hour later got a call where I was told because it was a solder job the price was going to be 450$ if I didn't want to go through with the repair I would be charged 160$ before tax (came out to about 172$ after tax) for the diagnostic fee. Except on the paperwork I signed the diagnostic fee is listed as 129$ this establishment is super shady, and will hold your equipment hostage for a diagnostic fee after pulling a price bait and switch. Just look at any of the other low reviews. I'm sure the owner will reply with some nonsense about how it's my fault and I agreed to the price. Except I never agreed to a 450$ charge, nor did I agree to a 160$ charge, as you can see on the paperwork I've included, the diagnostic fee is 129$ EDIT* In response to the reply, expedited level one my ass, I literally mentioned multiple times I was a trucker and was going to be on the road for weeks and didn't need it done in any sort of quick time frame, I also told him I was gonna be buying a new charger myself. This guy just makes shit up about expidited bullshit to justify bullshit prices and try and wiggle out of negative reviews.
