We initially called another appliance repair service with great reviews in April to fix our lower/bottom oven. The technician came out and told me he needed to order a part, so when I hadn’t heard from them a month later, I called and was told to be patient. Well, it’s now September, and I just didn’t feel like having this broken oven festering in the back of my mind any longer, so I called All Brands. The answering machine gave the option of leaving a message or texting the number that is provided in the message; I opted for the latter. Andrew texted me back shortly after, offering to come the next day. He showed up on time, assessed and fixed the issue, charged a fair price, and we’re so grateful to have our fully functioning oven back again. I’ll definitely be using All Brands again if I need any repairs in the future!
