5 Stars for an amazing job and service! I had just purchased and built my very first gaming pc not knowing anything about the subject prior to building it myself. I noticed some pretty obvious problems with my build and started to freak out that I was going to ruin my brand new pc just like that. I was going to make appointments with larger named companies to see if they can help with my problem, but while calling around I had discovered TechFix! This team has greeted me with great communication and friendly service, that I was left with a build the exact way i pictured it and no problems at all! They knew the exact issues i was having and had the upmost knowledge on how to help me out! I appreciate this team more than they could imagine and I would recommend them to anyone who has tech problems! They will help you out big time, Thank you again!

My review is way overdue, however this speaks to the permanency of Techfix’s troubleshooting and subsequent repair. After having assembled our gaming computer more than 2 years ago, we encountered the blue screen of death abruptly. After contacting Pri at Techfix and leaving the computer at his premises, at the promised time he was able to diagnose the issue and suggest a remedy. We went ahead with the repairs and also had him rewire the cables within to give it an overall clean look. We were impressed with the quality of the works done which I can honestly say has stood the test of time. I would unhesitatingly recommend Techfix for any computer or IT related installations.

I have to give TechFIX a 5star review. I had an excellent experience with this local company. Extremely responsive. Returned my calls and texts promptly. Great communicator and very friendly. Talked to me in easy to understand terms since I'm a non technical senior. Suggested a laptop to purchase at Best Buy w exact model number and price. Set it up with quick turnaround and instructions on how to use thank you Pre. Nice to know there us an honest small company close by.

Very knowledgeable trustworthy and upfront about my computer (I broke a very expensive screen), and helped weigh cost/benefit of fixing it. The cost of even obtaining a new screen just for the supplier costs were high unfortunately. Pre runs his business with integrity and honesty which is obvious from the start. He is truly trying to help you and get a solution in the best way possible (not just trying to charge you regardless of the result). I ultimately decided not to do the repair but I will definitely be a repeat customer if the need ever arrises again. This is a business you can feel good about supporting.

Called up TechFix after having some issues with the computer I was running a golf simulator on. They were able to walk me through the required specs and set me up with a new machine that was able to run it smoothly. Great service and communication.
