Awesome customer service, took 2 hours to repair my pixel 8 but they were honest and accurate when it'd be done! My phone is now working amazingly, no complaints. Also if you stopped in ask for Chance, answered all my questions and made sure I was informed about my insurance and warranty.

I am extremely happy with the service I received from this team! The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to recover all my data my phone that had water damage and they also helped me upload it to the cloud and transfer it to my new phone! Extremely happy with the service and I highly recommend this team and location.

Went in today and they fixed my phone that was totally messed up! Love this place. The guy that took care of me was very knowledgeable and very understanding, saved my phone and fixed my issue. Verizon ( on 22 )was absolutely no help to me, and they told me they couldn't help me!

Don't take your phone to harrisburg pa store. Really big short guy won't even examine your phone. Even when samsung says it is covered he will say it's not he did it to 2 other people in front of me until they argued with him 1 walked out 1 had someone from the back look and guess what it was covered. I called samsung I was outside talking to a neighbor for over a hour it was freezing cold. I took my phone out of my hoodie and it had a line going down the middle of both screens. I have had the fold 3,4,5 and now 6 this was the first time i have ever had this happen. Samsung said if no damage it's still under warranty. Just take it to authorized repair shop. I did and proceeded to give you big little guy. Right away samsung won't cover it he said. I said why he said because there is a line going down the middle I said Duh!!!. He then said if we fix it they will not pay the store. I didn't get upset I called another store guy said bring it in to which I did. He looked at it called a second opinion and the both said yep this is covered no damage at all its a screen defect and proceeded to repair my phone. This professional store is Carlisle pike Mechanicsburg. Stay away from harrisburg store on Allentown blvd.

Chance and the team were great, clear communication through the entire process. Even though the issue ended up being irreparable at their location, they gave great advice on what next steps I should take. Oh, and did I mention the entire diagnostic was FREE?? 5 stars all around for uBreakifix.
