Great customer service. The staff are always so polite and so helpful. They are always happy to help, you are greeted with a smile. The store is well kept and organized. Great items, I could spend a lot of time in Staples. 10/10 for great customer service 5 ⭐

The register person was above and beyond anything that I expect it. He helped me with my phone/rewards card issues. He was extremely patient

Told to go to a register (two people behind customer service and 2 people in line ahead of me). No one at a register. When I pointed that out, she snarkily said some one will be there. 30 minutes to purchase two items. Nope.

Nothing but bad customer service the girl on the print side I had to say goodmorning twice she just kept being mean I understand working Saturday is not a good thing to anyone but this store needs to work on the employees attitude
