Excellent service. Excellent overall job! I took in a piece of survey equipment, it's a Windows based controller for fieldwork. They had never worked on one before, but took on the job. Excellent communication. Great job!

Awesome experience for something I thought was horrible. The back of my new phone completely shattered and I didn’t have insurance on it. She fixed it and it is like brand new again. Even bought a new screen cover and watch cover they put on for me. Highly recommend

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! The employees are not qualified to be dealing with high end technology. About 6 months ago, I took in my Galaxy s23 Ultra for a screen replacement and they ruined it. Since I’ve gotten it back, nothing but issues. Camera won’t work most times, restarts randomly, and it gets stuck in a restart cycle where it just keeps restarting every 10 seconds for an undetermined amount of time. Amongst other things that render my phone useless. Right now, it’s inoperable. It cost me $400+. Go somewhere better. DO NOT GO HERE! Also, they make sure they give you a receipt with small print that says no refunds for any reason. Meaning no matter what happens, you ain’t getting a refund.

Took my phone in because it wasn’t charging. Wanted a new charging port. They bought a battery broke the old Charging port. 10 days to get my phone back and it no longer worked. Voice to text, camera calling, and receiving phone calls no longer worked. Spent eight hours on the phone with Verizon trying to troubleshoot it. As soon as I said cameras didn’t work. They immediately wanted to send a new one out. Went back to CP to get a refund of $153. They offered to fix it. If Verizon says camera doesn’t work new phone I don’t know what they can fix. I have too much data still on the phoneto lose because of their incompetence. Refused to give me any refund at all.

Left my iPad with them to have the charging port repaired six weeks ago. They told me 2-3 weeks because it would need to be soldered. OK, sounds reasonable. Six weeks later, no contact from them. I call and they tell me “it’s unrepairable”. Ok, but why couldn’t anyone call to let me know that weeks ago?
