I was very impressed with Ryan's service. I called and left a message, and Ryan returned my call the same day. My laptop got knocked to the floor and would not turn on. Ryan worked me into his schedule the same day, and my laptop was up and running again in slightly over 1 hour. He was very thorough in checking all the laptop components to find the issue, and the charge for his service was reasonable. I would highly recommend his service and would have no doubts returning should I need his help again in the future.
