Yesterday I woke up and my laptop that I use for work every day would not power on, although it was receiving power from the charger. My first instinct was to get an appointment with the geek squad at Best Buy (probably because that is the route that is marketed most to us as consumers). That was a mistake. They did nothing to help me and suggested that I just get a new laptop. In my frustration, I was lucky to find Computiverse and know to go straight there for any future tech issues! Not only did they have my laptop back up and running in about three hours, but their drop off service was convenient, their pricing was reasonable, and their staff was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and customer service oriented. Thank you Computiverse for saving the day! You guys rock and we are lucky to have your services and expertise here in Gibsonia!

Fantastic Service - Thank you. I was looking for a Small, Expert Group in Pittsburgh to upgrade my PC tower that was 10 years old. We moved to Pittsburgh a couple years ago and had to find new Computer folks that were reliable and affordable. I was super nervous, but Rob the owner and his staff was very kind and patient with listening and understanding my computing needs and presented a very affordable solution. The turn around time was within a few days, due to their "scheduling que" was pretty open. We ran into a few snags with technology differences, and the Staff promptly had solutions. All is working Great and Thank you! My husband will be there soon to upgrade is 10 year old PC tower too.

Lost all data on my Hard Drive and refused to pay to fix their error!!! I’m taking legal actions against them! I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I used them based on their good online reviews, to upgrade my hard disc drive to a solid state drive. Matt, the computer tech, decided to decrypt my HDD without backing up the data on it (which is against the usual protocol for this type of process, as acknowledged by the owner himself). The process went wrong and all my data was lost. I was very clam and dealt with them in the most professional way, despite my frustration. The owner promised to use a third party company to recover my data. The third party company said that they are able to recover the data, but unfortunately Computiverse refused to pay the fees!! They are basically expecting me to pay for the error committed by their tech, even though they acknowledged that it was their mistake!! The owner who promised me to fix this himself, is now answering my emails! I am very disappointed and would never recommend this company to anyone. Extremely unprofessional!!
