I've had my computer repaired at A&A computers in the past and they have always done a great job! My computer was returned within a day, both times that I brought it in. My latest experience was absolutely exceptional! I brought my Dell desktop tower computer in, due to the fact that it had completely lost audio. I tried all the resolutions that I could do myself, and nothing worked. Angelo, the owner and technician who took possession of my computer said he would look at it and get back to me that day. He called and said that there was a problem with Windows 10. He offered to back up my computer, remove the corrupt version and install a new version. He gave me a very reasonable price right up front, and I told him to proceed. He called the following day and informed me that the reinstallation of Windows 10 did not fix the audio problem, but vowed to find and fix the problem. It was at this point that I told him that the computer was at least 15 years old, and that I didn't want to spend additional money on an older computer. My plan was to purchase a laptop and have Angelo transfer everything over from my computer to my new laptop. I told him that I would be in the next day to pick up the computer, and return a week or so later with my new and old unit. When I arrived the following day, Angelo told me that he had worked on my computer that morning, didn't charge me for the work that he had previously put into it, and found that there was a problem with the registry. To my delight, my computer was working perfectly again! He charged me what he originally told me the price was going to be when I brought it in to him! The bottom line is that Angelo was relentless in his pursuit to resolve my computer issue! I was absolutely taken back when he told me that he spent time to return my computer in perfect working condition, when I had written it off and was about to purchase a new laptop! On top of everything else, he cleaned the entire tower, which looked like new when I picked it up! I cannot say enough about my latest experience! In today's world, not too many businesses would have gone above and beyond as this gentleman did! Great place and great service!

My laptop developed a loose power jack due to some moderate damage to the motherboard from an accidental fall. Sal was very professional to deal with. He called me each day with an update and spent several minutes at pickup showing me the pictures of the damage to the motherboard and explained how they were able to repair it in order to save the motherboard. Turnaround time was only two days which is quite good considering parts and shipping delays going on due to Covid. The price was also reasonable. Should I need any other Computer repairs in the future this is the place I will go to! I highly recommend them!

Not only did Sal fix my laptop quickly and at a reasonable price. But he took the time to throughly explain exactly what caused the issue and how to prevent it in the future! Very good service and I will definitely be returning if I need repairs done in the future!
