Awesome store! The two people there were very nice to my best friend and I! Had a great conversation, and they got my friends phone to charge as well! (unfortunately a few days later it stopped charging and she had to get a new phone but none the less, we both had a great experience!)

I usually do not write reviews, but felt I had to after this experience. After my iPhone 8 plus died, I visited this store in Exton and had the pleasant experience of dealing with Jim. After he diagnosed the problem, we waited 11 days and his supplier could then not guarantee when the back ordered part would be shipped. I then decided to look at some used phones (I really did not want to invest almost $1000 for a new one at the present time) The used ones that were reconditioned were not very old and in very good condition & one closest to mine was a XR version. I was so accustomed to using the “home button” and the newer phones do not have one, but he took the time to explain not just how the XR functioned but gave me many hints on the added features this model provided, some even nicer than the new phones currently available. He also guided me through a couple additional u~tubes, which provided additional information that saved me time. I just wanted to commend Jim for his professionalism, knowledge and patience in helping me make a decision. He sure made it easy and saved me a lot of time once I got it home knowing how it all worked. I would definitely recommend this site and especially having the tech Jim assist you in having yours repaired or buying a different one. It’s hard to find many, if any store associates who want to take the time or effort to help customers these days. 👍😎 🏅

This was the first time I used this store. UBIF does not charge for diagnostic testing which is great. The camera in my Samsung S21 stopped working. UBIF had to order a replacement camera which took a couple of days and upon receipt, the camera was replaced the same day. Very professional & friendly store. It is great to have a go-to store that can handle phones & tablets.

God I have never hated a business more in my entire life. First off, how ever long they tell you it will take you can just double it. Told me 1-2 weeks, took a month. I pay, take my item home, my item still doesnt work properly, it had a bunch of new problems. So i had to take it back and pay them AGAIN. How is your whole business fixing electronics and you send someone home with a device that obviously not in the condition its supposed to be, and then when they have to come back in to fix it AGAIN you charge them more money. Listen my device was technically fixed, with 2 charging ports STILL not working but hey the device runs at least. But for a month and a half TOTAL TIME and 230$ I expect MUCH MUCH MUCH BETTER QUALITY AND SERVICE. Horrible horrible experience and I can assure you I will never go back. After two trips my device still has issues, that should not be possible, you certainly shouldnt be asking for more money if you cant actually restore my device. Or at least explain what I am actually paying for and what you are actually doing that would make it even possible for you to miss MULTIPLE ISSUES and then want more of my money. I am not even sure Id blame the employees they were very nice but it seems like the entire business is built on lying to customers since we dont know how to fix the items myself. What it sounds like to me is they saw the problems with my device, but didnt want to spend more time and money on it, so they just gave it back to me and prayed it worked. I just pray that you never break an electronic, and if you do, go to a local shop where they actually love their work and will be 100% honest with you. Ive had electronics worked on many times and Ive never had any problems like Ive had with ubreakifix. NOT WORTH $230 OF SERVICE THAT TAKES 1.5 MONTHS.
