Fixed my phone screen fast (as fast as delayed shipping and a busy store allowed them to at least!) and at a much more reasonable rate than Motorola wanted to charge me. I have found however that my fingerprint sensor no longer works, which seems to happen to some devices after their screens get replaced. A bit frustrating, I hope it can be resolved somehow.

I called the store and Dave answered. I explained my iPhone’s problem and he explained what needed to be done. He ordered the part, called me when it arrived and setup an appointment to fix my phone. My phone was fixed within an hour and a half of dropping it off. The repair service & part replacement was far less than the cost of a new iPhone. Excellent service exactly as you’d wish was more contagious with other businesses. Highly recommended business.

My experience with the staff at this location was extremely positive. They were attentive to my story and listen to the thoughts I had on the problem. Once we arrived at a solution path, parts were ordered and installed within a week. A successful resolution for me was not a guarantee but thanks to CPR Erie, everything turned out great and I have a phone that is back to normal working conditions :-)

I have been here a few times. The 1st time I went I observed the young man at the counter being very rude and impatient to a customer on the phone and similarly to the customer in front of me. He attempted to repair my phone but kept calling me to say it needed more parts. He never fixed the phone and I was out the repair fee. I attempted to go in recently requesting a minor repair. Obviously he was having a bad day and was rude to me and very pessimistic. He basically said he didn't have time for my "30 minute" repair after the older gentleman said it would be no problem. Poor customer service! He should not be dealing with customers. I found another repair place that fixed the phone in 15 minutes and now it works great!

Despite the inclement weather they got my phone done quick and were nice enough to give updates in between up until it was ready for pickup. They were polite in store, too.
