Great store, great people although I picked up a chair at staples and now the cover is falling apart. Avoid the Staples Sorina Ergonomic Bonded Leather Swivel Executive Chair.

Unnecessarily rude . Stopped in to return fed ex package after seeing online that fed ex ships out of staples . I asked if I could ship it out lady behind counter says this is fed ex and we don’t do that here I simply asked oh are you sure I just looked it up and it says here fed ex does Yea I’m sure been here 22 years I don’t know why it says that Then as I’m like oh ok it says here “simply drop off at staples and fed ex will take care of the rest” she just ignores me and walks away . Lady I don’t know why it says that either and the rude ness was so unnecessary and annoying . Even my 11 year old son was like what was that about and why was she so mad at you as we were leaving . All you had to say was “ oh im sorry for the confusion yea we dont ship fed ex unfortunately. I can help with ups and I think there is fed ex drop box around the corner here. “ or like literally anything except for whatever that was . Terrible job

Rude Associate this morning. She was unnecessarily rude and impatient with customers ahead of me. Then more of the same for me. Just a crappy experience.

Worst store I needed a print from an email, girl acknowledged me after standing there for 5 minutes. She has ear buds in can't hear you. She's rude she hands me a card with directions to go to the printer. I go to the printer and they aren't turned on wait to ask her if she could turn them on after 10min I walked out.

Opens after most people are heading to work,so any option to do a drive by before work to help clear the afternoon is impossible. You look at any other staples within a 20 mi radius outside of Ephrata they're already open.
