I've been a satisfied customer for years. Always exceptional service from friendly and knowledgeable associates. When something of mine is fixable...it is fixed quickly and at a very reasonable price. When something of mine is not fixable or it's not cost effective to do so...they honestly explain why. Thank you Tim for all you do for my kids and their tech...it is greatly appreciated

Dropped off a laptop that wasn't working to see what was wrong with it and if it was repairable. They did a free diagnostic of the computer and were able to determine a fix for my issue. Unfortunately, the computer wasn't worth fixing so I wasn't able to see them work their magic on it. Would recommend for a consultation.

Tim couldn't repair my upright computer cooling system, held the computer for 4 months and when I picked it up it is missing the glass cover. BUT he was "doing (me) a favor" you know, by not actually fixing anything and losing a part. Certainly don't spend your money here. Don't even let him do you a favor, you'll be worse off than you started. Nice employee Tom is looking for my glass cover. Thanks Tom! I'll update if I get it back.
