Jet from Landis was a huge help. I was having issues with my printer and computer connecting. He was great with explaining what he was doing to fix the issue. He had to uninstall and install the newer version. He completed a test and good to go. Also updated scan information. Great Job!

After 11 years, I realized it was time to upgrade my laptop. At the recommendation of a friend, I contacted Landis Technologies to help me with my journey toward a new system. All I can say is that it was the best call I could have made. Marius and Jet were wonderful to work with, and I felt like I was in good hands from the start. I was dealing with a stressful situation when my old computer crashed last week. I'm grateful for the technicians at Landis Technologies who were very responsive and thankfully they were able to retrieve all data. They were helpful with the decision as to what new computer to purchase for my needs, and they stayed in touch with me throughout the process. Jet and Ross came out to my home to set up a brand-new computer. Both of these young men were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful! Because I am not tech-savvy, I asked many questions that must have seemed elementary to them, but they remained courteous and informative. They were so accommodating. And kind. They went above-and-beyond and even helped me label some of the new computer components. I would recommend Landis Technologies 100% for any computer needs you might have!

My old Laptop of 10 years finally decided it was time to retire. I purchased a new HP laptop from Landis just yesterday. I had a minor issue with it, but Marius was very helpful and took care of the issue in just a few minutes ( I didn't know how to extend my second monitor). Not really a computer problem, but a novice user problem. Thank you Landis for the new laptop and help you gave me to get me back on track with the laptop.

I'm not the most tech-savvy person, so whenever I run into a problem with my computer, I know what to do. I just call Landis Technologies and get one of their technical support persons to help me out. In most cases, they can diagnose and fix the problem remotely, without me carrying my computer to their location. That's so convenient. In most cases, the problem can be resolved in 30 minutes or less over the phone. Great service!
