Horrible service. Order business cards for an event and were not ready the day of pickup. Went the next day, waited an hour in line, asked for a manager twice to finally be told that nobody can help me do the pick up because cashier can’t leave the register and manager was nowhere to be found and the associate in the printing department didn’t come for it’s shift. There was 4-5 of us in line. Now I gotta go again another day while not having business cards for my event. Do business somewhere else and don’t waist your time and money. Staples do better and get more staff. Is putty to only have 2 employees for the whole store.

Top notch service for an issue that another service was unable to fix. Technician Nick was very knowledgeable. He took the time to pin down the exact issue, fixed it quickly, and confirmed with me that it was exactly what I wanted done.

They didn't call to let me know my initial order was ready. Months later I made a new order and was called to pick it up. Upon picking it up, the individual working asked about the order from months ago that appeared as "canceled" on their website. I said I wasn't notified of it and it appeared it had been canceled. The individual then threw my order in the garbage right in front of me. I'd prefer to have them give me my item rather than create more waste for the planet. Or at least dispose of it after I leave.

I was helping my dad shop at my local Staples for a new scanner. I was able to track down a store associate who helped us order a scanner. All of this happened on a Monday and my dad got an email saying that our product had hit the store on a Wednesday. I don't think we had ever had faster service than that. Job Well Done Staples.

Convenient location to do 3 Amazon returns. Employee very efficient and all went smoothly. She made the transaction go very easy. Looked for office supplies and had assistance from another employee who knew the store products very well. He was very helpful and knowledgeable.
