Joe did some work at shrt notice a few months back, now I hear he has retired. Must say Joe, very clear line between Nazareth and, I'm guessing, your Caribbean beach house. Enjoy yor life of ease.

Helped me get my desktop comp working again after a power surge fried it. Diagnosed the issue (motherboard) and helped me pick out a replacement. Fixed it within a couple days of the new one arriving. His service fee was very reasonable. Would visit again.

All I can say is that Joe is the absolute best! I went to Joe with an issue with my laptop- it wouldn’t turn on. I was so panicked and was near tears. I googled a close location and saw how many great reviews he had. I had so much work to complete and he solved my problem. Joe helped me tremendously, was very compassionate and spent so much time troubleshooting and calming my nerves. He is very knowledgeable and was so kind to me. He lent me a laptop to use while mine was sent back to Lenovo. I even had a vacation planned for two weeks and he said it wasn’t a problem taking the loaner with me. I gave Joe a hug because he is just a really good person besides a computer guru. Thank you Joe for all of your help and I HIGHLY recommend you to everyone looking for an honest guy who truly puts his customers needs above all else!

Joe is the best in the business!! The hinge on my laptop suddenly broke and I was afraid of losing the screen if I tried to open/close it too much. I called the "big" places first. They all have a minimum 72 hour turnaround time because they all send your computers out. This is my work computer and I couldn't give up that much time. I called Joe and as I explained the problem over the phone, he immediately told me the solution, so I knew he was very familiar w this issue. I dropped my computer off to Joe at 3pm on a Monday and he had it completely repaired by 11am the next morning!! Joe is a true professional, he's been in the business for years and he knows what he's talking about! And his prices are extremely reasonable for the incredible service that he provides. I definitely recommend calling Joe for all of your computer repairs before you waste your time calling the big companies.

I took my computer to Joe Computer Doctor and he fixed it within 30 minutes and for a third of the price that a big box repair store would have charged and they didn't even look at it for 2 weeks. Joe was courteous, and phenomenal. If I could give more stars I would. Highly recommend.
