I had the worst customer service experience ever! No one to help me at all. Found most of what I needed on my own. Stock was mostly out. The cashier was extremely rude, I had to bag my own stuff while she just stood there watching me. Since I couldn't find everything I was looking for, I went next store to Staples, which I should have done in the first place, had someone help me as soon as walked through the door. The customer service was wonderful at Staples and the cashier was extremely pleasant. Staples is my new go to store..

The geek squad in Easton/Bethlehem is amazing! Great customer service and they actually enjoy their work. I don’t mind making the drive from Whitehall because of their outstanding customer service.

Epic Fail. DON'T let Apple schedule a repair for your iphone---the $49 ad price from Apple is classic "bait and switch" scam! Beware. After you waste time scheduling repair, getting an appointment, burning gasoline, waiting in line, waiting for Geek to tap away at his terminal for 15 minutes.....after all that....the "run diagnostics" on the phone, say it fails for "touch ID" the increase their estimate to $300! He even failed to identify what would be replaced? The digitizer? The whole phone! Corporate Greed at its finest! Brough phone then to "We Fix" no issues.

Have had 2 issues since the pandemic. I pay for support annually and each time they stated they have fixed the issue and they have not. I have lost hours of work and income and still no correction. I have had to call Microsoft or adobe directly and I have been on hold for a store manager for over 30 mins answer and they have not and Geek squad tech couldn't even schedule a call back or appointment time I just needed to call on a different day? Seriously? Im pulling my service plan and going to a local tech that will actually help.
