Staples

I am writing this review after multiple times of being mistreated having to go there to do an Amazon return. This one employee in particular. The one time I waited patiently for him to get through the customers he had at his register and then when I felt I was the next customer in line, he continued to wait on others. I spoke up and said I was next. He turned around and looked at me and said paying customers first.... Uh excuse me... I planned to be a paying customer after I drop off my package. And today he just sat at his register with no one in line. I had to speak up to let him know I had a return, and then be treated like I was an inconvenience. I am sorry that Amazon and Staples have a contract and we are told to take our packages there for returns. This is part of your service and job now don't treat people like they are an inconvenience, because you have to scan a QR code and put their items in a box. I will pay the dollar and do my returns at UPS to avoid having to return to staples for free in the future.

I have never had a problem at either of the two Staple's stores that I frequent. I’m not too “officey” by nature and need help finding the items I need. The associates have always been knowledgeable and quick to help me out.

This is a great store and I have been shopping here for years. Every time I visit the store, staff have been polite and helpful. All the items in the store are easy to find and there is lots of room in the ailes to look without bumping into anything. During my visit, I did not get greeted at the door because the staff were all busy. It only took a moment for a staff member to check if I needed help finding anything. The staff was very helpful with answering questions about the desk chairs and the protection plan. I noticed a chair that was ripped, which was odd, but a prop to show what is covered in the protection plan. It was nice to see the prop showing what is covered. They had several sales going on right now on certain items. I really like going to this store since they have the "really useful boxes" if you haven't seen them that's what they are called. They are the best boxes for storage and can be stackable. Having them in the store is very convenient and saves on shipping. They had a large variety of supplies and other office items. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. No problem finding parking. Clean and well organized store. I will be back again.

I went into the DuBois store looking for a new laptop. Not only was the associate helpful, but she even helped me stay within my budget. As I was preparing to write this, I got a call from her letting me know that one of the hard drives that I was hoping to have transferred to the new computer wasn’t working or accessible at all. As we talking, she let me know that most of what I wanted from the drive was actually on another drive and had been installed on the new computer. So, kudos to Dorothy for going the extra mile to help make my experience a great one. I always enjoy going to the store and seeing the variety of products available, not that I need office supplies. I do like to buy pens and notebooks there because I feel that I get a great quality for a reasonable price.
