Very poor customer service . Have called customer support, chat , and finally visited store just for a service summary report to claim warranty. Waited 20 min and then was told they will would attend after all the repair appointments are taken care , which could be hours. Spent hours for a 2 min job. Will book a repair appointment not to revisit ..

Geek Squad scheduling service is the worse I've ever dealt with. Called and set up sound bar install. Got scheduled and paid for service. They called me to schedule again, said it didn't go through. Called again to schedule. Got two emails to schedule even though I had paid receipt with scheduled service date. Date of scheduled service was told it was not on schedule. They had no idea what happened. Supervisor said they will try to complete today Got email from them stating scheduled for next day They did this without checking if I would be home I canceled service and plan on returning sound bar

They fried my phone while trying to replace the battery. So they sent it to Apple for repair. When I went to pick it up, the rep told me it was a new phone from Apple. I asked if they were going to refund the battery charge since they didn’t replace the battery. Manager came out and said that they covered the Apple charge for battery replacement and that it WASN’T a new device. “Same serial number” he said. Got home and realized it WAS a new phone - completely different serial number.

I have used geek squad quite a few times and they are excellent!!. I'm older, ( almost in 60's)and other than not understanding that when my computer crashed my data was saved but not the programs, they explained everything and they have always been extremely polite. Paul, Nick and others are very knowledgeable. I don't understand the bad reviews. I trust these guys more than my mechanic, who I finally left and went to a car dealer.

This store is awful. It’s impossible to get any help. The employees here have no idea concept of customer service. I made an appointment online and waited over 30 minutes. The staff scurries to the back and stays there, laughing and talking about the customers. Unbeknownst to them, all of their banter is audible from the front desk. Questions are answered with scripted responses. The Geek Squad is the biggest waste of money A brand new laptop purchased in May 2017 has been “serviced” (including a new hard drive!) 4 times.
