I contacted Steve when I kept running into overheating issues with my pc. He was awesome at helping me diagnose the problem and and then help on fixing and resolving everything. He was super efficient and knowledgeable. Would definitely use again when needed!

I contacted Steve for help with a Western Digital HDD for repair and data recovery. Steve took his time to explain the challenges with my particular case, and my hard drive's disrepair, and offered suggestions on how I could move forward with it. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. Steve, is awesome!! He squeezed my girlfriend in for an emergency issue, while in between customers. He immediately diagnosed the issue, was able to fix what I thought was a hard drive crash and loss of all her data. He was in and out of her home very quickly super fair in what he charged. She will definitely use Steve again for some dropped external hard drives to attempt data recovery. Byte Me Computer Services saved the day and we only wish there were 10 stars available in the ratings.

I used Steve at Byte Me Computers several times almost 15 years ago and he always did a fantastic job fixing my computer issues! A week ago my computer absolutely froze and I took a chance that Steve was still in business. Much to my delight, he is! Steve got back to me within hours, listened to my problems and concerns, picked up my computer the same day, and returned it within 48 hours with it working as good as new! Steve has literally been a godsend on 3 separate occasions now and I feel so fortunate to have found him! Steve is courteous, professional, and is extremely knowledgeable with all things "techy." Additionally, he is an absolute pleasure! I honestly wouldn't hand over my desktop or laptop to anyone else. I highly recommend his services without any reservation whatsoever. If you have ANY issue with your computer, he's got you covered!
