An associate of the Dickson City, PA Staples store kindly took time to explain the difference between older style cartridge ink printers and the newer style tank printers. He went over pros and cons of each and showed me several of the tank printers. This visit makes me want to buy from this particular store even though I live 4 hours away in Connecticut. I drive through this area several times a year and plan to purchase a new printer in 2025. One does not find the attentiveness this person gave my wife and I that day.

I like this store, as I can easily find the items I need. The staff is very pleasant and polite to everyone. The cashier told me I had points I didn't know I had....and used the points to take some cash off my purchase. I appreciate that!!

If you need something printed, don’t go here. Days late, quality is sub par, and they can’t figure out how to refund it. Been waiting 30 minutes and nothing. Update: 1 hour and nothing. They can’t figure it out.

Have a very important presentation tomorrow. I ordered same day printing and they didn’t have half of my order. Also I have part of someone else’s order. I’m missing 70+ pages.
