Best Buy, oh Best Buy, where do I begin? If there were a loyalty card for the number of times I've shopped here, I'd probably be in the running for 'Customer of the Decade.' But this time, I wasn't there to add to my gadget collection; I was on a rescue mission for my poor, beleaguered computer. I must say, the Geek Squad folks must have been trained by tech-savvy monks because their patience is out of this world. They tackled my computers mess with the grace of a ballet dancer or better yet those parkour guys the precision of a surgeon. It was a hot mess express, and they were the conductors, guiding it back to pseudo sanity. They didn't just fix what they could; they educated me on the path to digital enlightenment. So here's a big virtual hug and a mountain of thanks to the Geek Squad in Dickson City. You've earned a fan for life, and my computer and I are eternally grateful for your tech TLC!

Getting ahead of schedule today was worth 2 stars. Geek squads Christian showed the initiative and mapped out the demand I intended to bring with my problems. Good looking out Christian my guy! Appreciate your technical skills and support to troubleshoot my sample pad pro.

So I went for a consult on what audio/entertainment system I could have installed in my late model vehicle. Eric, the tech that assisted me, was outstanding. Courteous, knowledgeable, task and time conscious and honest. He definitely made the entire evolution a lot less painful financially lol as well as got me more bang for the buck.

employee did bare minimum to help with my tech issue. Too busy looking at their own phone to properly help, then claimed I needed to buy an entirely new product to resolve an issue that I later found out could be easily resolved through downloading a different software installer.

The appointment system makes it less stressful for all, I drive an hour, so when I arrive I know I will be seen at a certain time. No waiting once I arrive, less frustration for me and the techs. The techs have always been courteous and professional.
