Dropped off phone for screen replacement. Guy told me it would normally take 2 hours but he was short handed, so it might take 3. I planned to do things for 3 hours anyways, so it worked out. It was done just a tad over 2 hours and my phone is brand new again. Both people I spoke with were very nice and knowledgeable. Will return if needed.

To be completely honest - this was an absolute horrendous experience. I would never recommend the Cranberry Township, PA store to anyone. I dropped my I-Pad off on July 9, 2024 for a charging issue - sometimes it would take a charge - other times it would not. I was told it would be about 2 weeks for them to send it out, have it looked at, and diagnosis of the issue. Well 4 weeks went by - no phone call or anything. So, I stop by to inquire the status. I was told there were multiple attempts to contact me - but the number was coming back as disconnected. I asked what number they were dialing - the number read back to me is my active cell phone number and has been active for 20 years. So, the person at the Cranberry store proceeds to tell me that it could not be fixed - it was the charging port. It was taking a charge sporadically when I dropped it off in July but now it was not. So, the associate said he would send it back out to a different repair person to see if that particular person could fix it. I said ok. Another 4 weeks goes by - still no contact from the store. Stop by again and the excuse I get was now it is the mother board was dead. But just to make sure - he said it would send it out again to a different technician. So again, I say that's fine. Another 4 weeks goes by. We are at 3 plus months now. I still do not have an answer of why all of the sudden an I-pad that I had dropped off in July with a charging issue - not does not work at all. I was told the battery was dead. I was told the mother board was fried; I was told it was the charging port. So, then I was told again that "Let my manager look at it and he will give you a call this weekend." Well, another 2 weeks go by - still nothing. So, finally the week before Thanksgiving - I call again. I am told the unit is not fixable - still really no reason given. So, I let the associate know that I will come pick it up. At the risk of becoming very irate with the associates there - after the run-around I have received. I had my son who was home on break from Penn State and is a Cyber Security guru - pick up the I-Pad. He went in to get it and asked for the repair report of all the actions that were taken on the unit since it was dropped off. The report could not be produced. There were not any records of any repairs that were attempted on the I-Pad. Also, after being handed the unit - my son noticed that there were multiple figure prints on the unit. He also noticed there were no suction cups on the screen, these marks would have been consistent with the type of inspections the associate claims were performed on the unit. My son then asked for the customer service number so he can try and get the service report. The associate gave him an "800" number that was fictitious. He went to google and got the correct information. So, with all of this - something is just not right. I drop off the unit for a charging issue - it comes back as dead to the world. With this type of experience and this type of customer service - I could never recommend "UBREAKIFIX" to anyone. Please if anyone would like to discuss further I would be happy to speak to a live person. Thanks

I dropped my PlayStation 3 off to this location on July 31 for overheating. I received no phone call, nor email for one month. Therefore, I called for an update. The manager on the phone said he was surprised it was taking this long but didn't have an update. I waited one month and finally called back on Sept. 20 and the person on the phone said you really dropped that off two months ago? Yes, I did. I was then told I was being charged $60 for advanced diagnostics because they had to open up the unit to determine it was bad and it was irreplaceable, that I should let them recycle it. No thanks, I'll grab it. Not to mention when I went to get it, they couldn't find the AC Cord or controller. They refused to honor their commitment of free diagnostics and want to charge me. Fine, I'll get that back on my own end, but if you decide to take a piece of hardware in and feel that communication is completely unnecessary, that is the worst customer service I've ever experienced, nonetheless take a unit in and say it's unrepairable here is the bill, when your website says free diagnostics, that's a new level. Avoid at all costs. Any questions, feel free to contact me.

Great experience! The tech was super busy with constant calls/walk-ins and was still able to finish replacing my phone screen earlier than the original time her gave me for pick up. He seemed to be the only one working and was doing amazing at making sure everyone was taken care of.
