Rotten Apples

Absolutely satisfied with the work done to my computer and my phone. The owner was extremely pleasant and had my items fixed in a very timely manner. The price was far less than what apple was going to charge. I recommend this place to anyone who needs their devices or computer fixed. And just for icing on the cake, as soon as I walked in, old school Mario 64 music was playing in the store. Absolutely epic.

Went to get a new phone because mine would not charge. Verizon was offering 800.00 towards a new phone for trade in. Mine was old and would not hold a charge Took to ROTTEN APPLES they fixed within hours. Cleaned it looked brand new. Took to Verizon got my 800.00 credit. I highly recommend them. Had within a few hours. Very very nice people there! Owner was wonderful

Rotten Apples is named appropriately because they are certainly rotten. Less than 30 days after my son paid them $470 to fix his Macbook screen, his screen turned black. Greg cited “accidental damage” in his own opinion, which most certainly did not happen. They will not honor their 90 day warranty, and basically accused my son of lying when he told them he didn’t damage or drop it. They either sold him a piece-of-crap screen or provided crappy workmanship or both. I’m also seeing similar problems encountered by other customers on here. I strongly advise against using them and have filed a complaint with the state Attorney General’s office.
