I am happy to offer my highest recommendation for Support Nerds. I have been working with these guys for two years. I first worked with James and then with Victor. Victor is knowledgeable, patient and genuine. He delivers on his promises, and he will follow up with you even if he has to call several times. I cannot say enough about these guys. There is so much going on in the tech world, it's hard to find honest technicians.

Run from these people!!! I should’ve did a little research on them 1st but sadly did not. They tell you they are fixing your problem but are only giving you a temporary fix… causing you to waste precious hours on the phone with them bc you have to call them back once their “temp-fix” no longer works. What a rip off! oh, let me not forget to mention the customer service… they talk fast and talk over you making it difficult to have basic communication with someone who has a deep accent. They won’t answer your questions directly and apparently read from a script. Total garbage service ! Money is time and time is money… they take both! Put your money where you will get legitimate help and service!!!!!
