I’ve had issues with print quality before but never left a review. Now today, customer service. If you’re returning an Amazon order go next door to kohls because they will have you stand there while other customers come up one by one and ring them out before even talking to you. Even though I was there before two of those customers even walked up. Her response when I asked if someone else does the Amazon returns, “no it’s just me I’ll be with you then”, when I stated that I was here before both of the last two customers, her response “well these staples customers are the one providing us with money”.. so I said well maybe you shouldn’t accept Amazon returns if you’re going to act that way, and by the way, I have spent plenty of money at staples and have done print services here as well multiple times.. If she would have at least acknowledged me while I was standing there fine, but to ignore me when I have one small thing to return and then proceed to ring out two people that just walked up after I had already been standing there for a few is rude. So staples maybe you should stop taking Amazon returns if your staff doesn’t care about them and also doesn’t want to deal with them or the customers it brings in from returns. I was planning to look and see if they had a camera I’ve been looking at online, but nope I will go elsewhere.

Walked in the other day not knowing where I should go for something and the older lady with the white hair was absolutely rude and unhelpful. She acted like I interrupted her personal conversation with another associate and doing her job was a bother. After I walked away she continued BSing with a colleague. One other employee was helpful, the others were just watching the dust settle. It's a wonder why this store has more than one associate on staff as it's so empty and run down and the few they have obviously don't do anything.

I don't go to Staples often, but it seems when I do that they are the only place that has what I need. This time I was in need of a new laptop. My Dell laptop finally was beyond reasonable repair. They had a nice ASUS Vivobook 17 on sale from $700 down to $400. It had adequate hard drive space and the new Intel Core 5 that benchmarks right at the same performance as an i7. I already had an extra 16GB stick of DDR 4, so the 8GB onboard along with what I have made for a nice laptop. It's thin, light, has solid battery life and a backlit keyboard. Again, Staples had what i wanted for a price I was willing to pay.

I was very disappointed to walk into Staples and find a man acting like a woman greeting people. That does not instill confidence in their customer service. If the person greeting you is confused about who they are, how can the customer have the confidence that this person knows what they are saying? Next, the 2 other associates how know I idea what I was talking about at first, 3-1 modem, until I thoroughly explained it was a modem with the phone (land line), internet and cable. Then I was told land lines are becoming obsolete and they no longer sale them in stores.

What better way to add to your irrelevance as a retailer than the staff at this location. Absolutely worthless. No customer service or personality whatsoever. I wish I could give no stars.
