Excellent staff and customer service. Brought my phone in with an issue I'd been having for a while. I explained it to the staff and they already had the part on hand. We initially tried a quick fix free of charge, but ended up needing to tear the phone apart to solve it. They were able to fit me in last minute the next day when we tried the quick fix the day prior. It took maybe an hour for them to repair my phone. If I have another major issue I cannot fix, I will certainly return here for repair. They are a Samsung & iPhone certified repair center!

The gentleman at Monster Phone Repair was professional, respectful and didn't treat me like an idiot. He was able to repair my phone and remove the virus that had been haunting me for several days. All that in a minimal length of time ON THE SAME DAY at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Monster Phone Repair.

Monster Buy Back should be giving training courses on customer service! This was by far the best customer service experience I have had in a LONG time. Hunter made each step easy. He listened to me and kept me up to date with part shipment so I did not have to come to the store until needed. Hunter also checked when I was coming to ensure there was a tech available. The tech was also very professional and helpful. I will definitely be back!

Randy and I came in for cell phone services. He has Consumer Cellular, and he was able to get his IPhone fixed while we waited. We were very pleased that he was able to service his phone in such a short period of time. I highly recommend coming here. The gentleman that waited on us was very nice and took his time and explained things so we understood what had happed and how he took care of the problem.
