I have been struggling to find replacement parts for my surface pro 8 and I came in on 1/13 and was blown away by my experience. Everyone I dealt with was professional and helpful and they got me out of the door in 15 minutes! I cannot recommend this company and specifically this location more. If you need to have something fixed, this is the place to go!

I've used their services many times to have my screen replaced. Always have had success. But this last time I dropped my phone in the water at Great Wolf Lodge and it killed my phone. Thought I lost everything. They were able to get my old phone working again and I was able to recover everything!

We went to your shop in center valley, Pennsylvania, because my wife's phone stopped working. They worked on Her phone through the day and even overnight and could not get it to work. They called see if we would allow them to try one last-ditch effort of reloading the phone. But the motherboard was non-functional. They were very polite, very efficient and very professional. And after all that they tried ,nothing worked. They did not charge us. They said they would not take a tip. They were just wonderful. I would highly recommend them.

Raphael, the store manager, was not knowledgeable about anything. First let’s realize I figured out that they are there to fix cellphones and sell Asurion insurance. I have asurion for 4 years now and made my first claim. Was advised to take my laptop to them. I did but I had questions about how the insurance worked, he knew nothing, and when I pushed for answers he said “you ruined my day because your negative and I’m not taking your laptop”. What? This is how a manager works when asked questions about the insurance that they sell all day???? Also asked why cellphones and done immediately but insured laptops take 5 to 7 days to get looked at? His answer was “just because”. Took my laptop elsewhere got it taken care of. Really sad that a customer can’t ask questions without getting refused service because management doesn’t know answers. Management need a lesson on how to handle customers. Will not refer this store to anyone just the opposite go elsewhere your better off as I can only imagine how they do repairs. If they don’t like you they won’t do 100% is this customer’s feelings.

Excellent customer service. Took my tablet to them after Apple wanted me to replace it. The representative took the tablet in the back and had it working with in 5 mins. Didn’t charge me for the visit. I will be going here first from now on.
