uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

Amazing guys at uBreakiFix, had my phone screen broken in work, couldn't get anywhere to be fit to get it fixed and have the parts in stock, called up these guys had the phone back within 1hour 30mins and they did an amazing job! At a very reasonable price. Very friendly guy working was very helpful. Would definitely use them again! They also give a 1year warranty with their repairs!

I, unfortunately, did not have a great experience with this store. I was told I had to go to this store, which is about an hour from where I live. So I got to the store about 15 minutes before they opened at 10AM on a Friday. By 10:30 there was still no one there. I had to call around to other stores who were finally able to get a hold of the person who was supposed to be there. He eventually showed up around 10:45. He explained to fix the screen would be about an hour and a half to 2 hours. I made myself busy and then came back and it ended being over 3 hours by the time it was ready. And then he let me know that in to process of fixing the screen, he broke the camera cable to the forward facing camera. He ordered the part and it would be there early the next week and he would call me to let me know. I wasn't happy that I had to go back to the store again to now have the camera fixed as well, but figured it was what it was. Well the next week comes and goes and no phone call at all so I followed up on Friday and he apologized for not calling and said they sent the wrong part and he order the right one and it should be there Saturday or early next week. He assured me again he would call and let me know when it arrived. I had a feeling he may not call me, so I called Saturday night and he told me that day that my part was back ordered and somehow the order he placed was canceled but I could go to another sister store and have it fixed there as they had the part. He told me it would be a quick visit, only 10-15 minutes and I could just stay and wait, especially since I lived so far. I agreed and went to the other store today, who thankfully did have the part but informed me it would not be 10-15 minutes and would actually be more like 2 1/2-3 hours. I'm glad I finally have my phone back in working order, but I'm so disappointed with the lack of honest communication and time,energy, and money that was wasted going back and forth because of it.

I took my ZFold 5 here yesterday after the Wayne location absolutely botched my screen protector replacement and the phone was unusable. The staff at Bryn Mawr got me in immediately and successfully replaced my screen protector in less than half an hour. There were a few tiny bubbles that they said would go away after I could fold the phone again in 24 hours, and they did! My phone is perfect and good as new now! I couldn't be happier with the professionalism, friendliness and quality of work at this location! Update: screen protector is coming off after 36 hours. I waited 26 hours before I tried to fold it again and now it's lifting all the way down the screen to the left of the crease!!
