For returning Amazon orders, it's fine but not as quick as a UPS store. For picking up online orders, you must wait in the same line as the Amazon return folks. Today, I went to pick up an online order and stood in line for about ten minutes. During my time in line, I noticed everyone in front of me had Amazon packages so I asked an associate if someone was able to help me with my online order. She said she would call someone over. A few minutes later someone came over, asked my last name and put my order in front of me. I had my confirmation email in my hand. This associate asked for my photo ID, I said I left it in the car and she demanded I go get my ID. At this point I'm going on 15 minutes in the store and would have been better off to pick it off the shelf and pay as there was not one customer in the store purchasing items. So, I left. The kicker is the Staples associate immediately cancelled and returned my online order as I received an email stating so while I was leaving the parking lot. It doesn't make sense that she could cancel the order based on the information from me leaving the store but not give the order to me...If the policy is to protect the customer, and she wasn't able to verify who I really was - how could she also cancel the order?! Anyway, I won't bother driving out of my way to this Staples for products again. Sadly stores like this will go out of business and I understand why.

I received great service from a helpful, courteous and friendly associate. She was headed back to the storeroom but stopped first to see if I was heading to checkout. After I replied I was still browsing, she told me she'd be right back to help me with checkout. She mentioned that she didn't want me to think she was ignoring me...what great customer service!

My mom (in her 70's) and myself (in my 50's) went in to get help with some computer issues. Abigail was fantastic! The most polite, patient and knowledgeable customer service we've received in years. She is an asset to your company! Thanks again, Abigail!

Just visited Staples to return my T Mobile WiFi equipment! Girl at the package desk tells me they don’t do my particular service! I return to TMobile and they say she is mistaken and they( Staples )do send back my equipment! They called Staples to confirm while I waited! T Mobile print me a label and back to staples I go!! Girl sees me returning and literally smirks at a coworker knowing I have returned! To say I was angry is an understatement! She moved from the counter and another employee took care of my business!!

The tech services department was so helpful. Glad I chose to bring my computer there. I decided was time for new computer no pushing me to it. Tech helped me find a new one I love after giving me help in deciding for my needs.
