These guys are awesome!!!!!!! I was looking everywhere to have a PC built and I came across a few places but none of them answer the phone. They all required you to leave a voicemail, also they all had 3 star reviews and less. I decided to hold off for a little bit and about a week later I seen a Mac’s tech hut truck right across the street from me. I approached the gentleman at the truck and it just so happens to be norm the owner. I explained to him that I wanted to have a PC built. I told him I called a bunch of places, but none of them answered their phones, they all require you to leave a voicemail. He handed me his business card and said, well we answer our phones. He Asked me what kind of build I had in mind and I told him I wanted a 4090 graphics card, 14900k cpu and I would leave the rest of the build up to him. We spoke a little about it, and he was very professional and knowledgeable. A few days later, I gave them a call and Myles answered the phone. Myles was also very professional and knowledgeable. On the phone Myles Expressed to me That it is pretty hard to get your hands on a 4090 but he will try his best. So it didn’t seem possible and I settled for a 4080 super. I drove up. I put half the money down. Then I got a phone call back from Myles And he told me he can get me a 4090. I ended up sticking with the 4080 super because at that point I had just purchased an E bike for myself and my kid. And wanted to keep the budget at what I originally set it at. I’m So happy with this PC it is fast and it is running great. They did an awesome job. These guys are all awesome. Five star service I can’t express that enough. Thank you guys.

Originally I had given this place a 1 star for the service I had recieved. I had an issue with my pc not posting. However, after writing my complaint via google the owner Norman had reached out to me and claimed the diagnostics and service I recieved from his techs was unsatisfactory. He offered to fix the problem and a full refund for the diagnostic service. I believe it was $99. I did not take the refund because Service was done to my pc just not correctly I just wanted it done correctly and a solution to prevent it from happening again. If I were to recieve the service like I had the second time around my review would have been 4 to 5 stars. People make mistakes and I understand that. How you fix these mistakes is also just as important. Norman gave good service to rectify the mistakes made.

Norm helped me buy the computer my son needed for his college program. I didn't understand what the college was requiring, so Norm even called and spoke to the IT person at the university for me. He put a bass as a screensaver as a surprise for my son who loves fishing. He went above and beyond to make sure we were getting what we needed. I will continue to go to them for my computer needs in the future. This is a great small business that I am happy to support. THANK YOU!

I consider myself a computer guy but was having a rather hard to fix problem. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable, knew how to approach the problem. Saved me lots of time and money trying to figure it out myself. Skip best buy, these guys know computers and hardware inside out.

Simply put they are amazing! Twice now I had laptops with problems and both times I was able to walk-in with no appointment and they helped me immensely.. not only figuring out issue but both times finding a solution that cost me little to nothing when everyone else said I had to replace laptops! They are knowledgeable helpful and both times the solutions were something they did not profit off of in fact they helped me find alternative Solutions where it wouldn’t cost me a fortune rather than gouging me with costly repairs they could have done and instead giving me reasonable solutions that worked.. I will always go here first and cannot recommend highly enough!
