If I could, I would give it zero stars! The manager on a Saturday afternoon was the most rudest person I have ever met! This person should not be in a people/retail business. If the owners of the store would know how he treats people I’m fairly certain they would not want him working for them. I will never shop in this store again.

I used to really like this store, but it seems to have become an Amazon return hub rather than a retail and printing location. I was the only one in the print line and waited 15 min to pick up two prepaid orders while three different associates never even bothered to acknowledge my presence because they were too worried about getting all of the Amazon returns handled, half of which showed up after I did. There was another man standing at the retail cash register for at least 10 minutes; not sure how long it was before he got any help. Furthermore, I ordered my prints on Sunday with the promise that they would be done the next day. I arrived 48 hours later to find that one of my orders was never processed. Unacceptable service.

We had to place an order for flyers and a banner for a conference the next day, and were worried it wouldn’t be done in time. We went to the store and talked with Chris at the printing center who went above and beyond to make sure we had our materials. He helped immensely and we were very satisfied with the results!

If possible, i'd like to give a 0 to the manager Branttni in the printer center. I used to print a lot of posters at this location, but tonight was a terrible experience, I was the only person standing in the line for pickup my order, I was waiting 20 minutes and she just walked around in front of me and then took care of other guy who was not from the waiting line. Please hire more professional staff if you are staff shortage, otherwise it gonna hurt your business.

Yeah, some complain that the staff are too helpful, but it beats other stores where the staff ignore you because they don't want to help. I'm regularly in and out of this store in less than 15 minutes. Big Shout Out to Dave, Chris, Brittani, and Arlene. Fantastic Customer Service. 5 Stars...
