Not only did I get my battery repaired. But Nick's customers service is outstanding. He is meticulous and knowledgeable technician. Not only he fixed My phone he did it in record time. Also transferred all my text from my older device. As an older customer he was so patient and carrying to me.

I came to price getting my phone screen fixed and to see if I was having an antenna issue in one of my other phones. Let me just say to yall im a big phone person (galaxy girl) and Nick literally talked me through everything he would look into, he opened the phone right in front of me and assess the problem but also was able to find the route cause in the problem. My phone definitely needed a new antenna but also because i took pictures underwater (because they swear these phones are waterproof. They are not!) But due to water causing corrosion my sim carsimasnt reading properly. Nick fixed that and the charging slot and my phone has been functioning great since. I have s22 ultra and I love this phone so glad to have it back up and running
