Double Click Computers

Yay for Double Click! Yay for Mike! I started buying stuff from them in 1990, and plan to keep on doing so. I just now brought in a MacBook Air that had huge performance issues. I thought it was my wi fi gone bad. And to prove it, I had speed tests that were super slow. Nope. It was because I had so many open windows in Google Chrome that Chrome was strangling the wi-fi. Diagnosed and fixed! If you dislike the ambient noise at Apple stores (not to mention the pressure to buy a new device every year), you’ll love Double Click. P.S. Mike’s little dogs are cute!

Amazing Techs and fabulous customer service . I gave Tim a PC challenge and he aced it like the pro that he is! It was a pleasure going to this business and being satisfied across the board. The entire team is great , extremely professional and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t go to any other place for computer support and assistance. I could go on and on but where ever you’re located, this business is absolutely worth the money and trip !! Thanks Tim , you rock and you’re the best when other PC places could not be bothered or didn’t know how to resolve my issue. The 2 little Westies are seriously human therapy when you’re waiting, the 2 most lovable doggies you ever want to meet. They wouldn’t sell them to me !! LOL !! Just a great experience across the board!! Just keep in mind that these are techs who genuinely have a goal of helping you and are highly skilled but they are not able to part the Red Sea!

I rarely review anything, but these guys are wonderful. I called in a panic over my work computer having major issues and immediately got an appointment. They were calm and patient and looked over my computer for an hour before I ultimately had to make the decision to buy a new one. They didn’t charge me for that hour even knowing that I would be purchasing a new computer at the Apple Store instead of through them (only because they didn’t have the computer I needed in stock). They were honest with what I would have needed to spend for repairs and I didn’t feel gouged for money. To make matters better, during that dreadful hour of running diagnostics, their two dogs, Plum and Jazz, kept me company and likely prevented me from having a meltdown. I recommend and I will go back if I have any other technology issues.

I recently brought my MacBook Pro to Double Click for a simple repair. Due to an unexpected problem on Apple's end, the repair became extremely complicated. Mike and his team were very professional and went above and beyond to resolve the problem, (which was more time consuming than any of us had anticipated). He did everything possible to accommodate my needs and allow me to continue working, as a Telehealth provider, during this period. Double Click is an outstanding business. They will continue to be my first choice for all my computer needs.
