Rick was great! My laptop was completely locked out and I gave Rick a call, he had me bring it to him same day, and resolved within hours! He was great with communicating throughout him troubleshooting. Highly recommend for anyone local to the area if you have tech problems and want a reliable and reasonably priced guy! Rick was super professional and kind. My laptop wouldn't turn on after I spilled some nail polish remover on the keyboard. I called Rick and he was able to look at my computer the first day that I called him. He would give me updates as he was working on it and was able to get a new screen put in for me in a very timely manner. The pricing was reasonable as well and I would highly recommend anyone who is having an issue with their electronics to go to Rick!

Rick was very professional and honest. I called him on Monday clueless about my son's Gaming Computer within a few hours he was at my house talking to my son like they're best friends and explaining everything. Rick want to Best Buy bought the parts my son needed and did his magic. Rick kept in contact with my son and me on all the updates and my son's computer was done the same night. Rick was kind enough to bring my son's computer back at 10am on the dot and went over everything again with my son while I was at work. I would definitely recommend Rick and his prices are very reasonable. Thank you so much

My laptop was not working for a long time. I tried going to Staples but they gave me the run around about why they couldn't fix my laptop and that I should probably buy a new one. However, Pro-formance was able to fix my laptop and I didn't have to buy a new one. Very happy about that!

I came across Pro-Formance Computers after browsing the internet and reading all the positive reviews. My computer is a couple of years old, and I explained to Rick the problems I was experiencing so he told me to bring it over. This was on a Saturday, by Sunday it was ready for pickup.
