Was assigned this repair place by Hisense and they have done nothing but waste my time. We made two appointments and they never showed up, had me waiting the whole day. Very unprofessional.

Avoid this place at all costs! This repair shop is nothing but a scam. I trusted them with three printers and paid $1,000 upfront for repairs they claimed would take no more than two weeks. It's now been over two months, and not only have they failed to return my printers, but they also refuse to refund my money. Their excuses keep changing, and they’ve been completely unresponsive to my requests for updates. This is outright fraud. I’m filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and reporting them to the Pennsylvania Division of Consumer Affairs. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this dishonest business.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!!! They had my tv for a dam year and it still wasn’t repaired! The lady elise just kept telling a whole bunch of lies its no way in the entire world it takes a year to get the parts. This place is bad for business and just keep telling me a bunch of lies every dam time it was a different story🤨😡😡🤬👊.

Nothing but scam…! Horrible communication with customer, they dont get back to you on time and they dont get the job done. I don’t recommend it at all. Do yourselves a favor and take your business to some other place.

BEWARE OF ANDALUSIA TV INC, LOCATED AT 1554 BRISTOL PK., BENSALEM, PA. IN MY OPINION, ARE SCAM ARTISTS! I HAVE DONE BUSINESS WITH THEM, OFF AND ON, FOR OVER 10 YEARS. THEY ARE QUICK TO TELL YOU, WHEN YOU BRING YOUR DEVICE IN FOR REPAIR, THAT YOU MUST FIRST PAY A ''NON REFUNDABLE'' ESTIMATE FEE. IN MY CASE, THEY TOOK MY TV IN AND SAID IT WOULD BE REPAIRED IN A FEW DAYS. AFTER A WEEK, I CALLED TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON, AND WAS TOLD, THAT THEY WERE WAITING FOR A PART. WEEKS AND MONTHS WENT BY AND NO PART! THEY HAVE A HUGE AMOUNT OF ''STORIES'' ON HAND, AS TO WHY THEY NEED ''JUST A FEW MORE DAYS'', TO REPAIR MY TV. THEY SAY THAT PARTS FOR MY SET, COME FROM ONLY ONE PLACE! I SAID, MANY TIMES, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND THEY KEPT SAYING, BECAUSE MY PARTICULAR SET WAS ''SO OLD'' THAT THEY COULD ONLY GO TO ONE PARTS OUTLET. WHEN I THREATENED TO BUY ANOTHER TV, THEY COUNTERED, BY TELLING ME THAT, ''THEY DON'T MAKE SETS AS GOOD AS YOURS ANYMORE'', SO YOU'LL BE WAISTING YOUR MONEY ON A NEWER SET, EVEN IF THE SAME MAKE AND MODEL! ''JUST GIVE US MORE TIME''! THIS HAS GONE ON FOR 5 OR 6 MONTHS. I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD CALL, BY A CERTAIN DATE AND ONLY ONCE, IN ALL THAT TIME, DID THEY ACTUALLY KEEP THEIR PROMISE. I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT A LIVING ROOM TV AND HAVE HAD TO LIVE IN MY BEDROOM, FOR MONTHS! THESE PEOPLE AND I'VE ONLY DELT WITH THE WOMAN, WHO SEEMS TO RUN THE PLACE, HAVE LITERALLY DEMONSTRATED, THAT THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR SENIOR CITIZENS. THIS WOMAN TENDS TO ''TALK DOWN'' TO ME. I FINALLY OFFERED HER MY SOLUTION: YOUR COMPANY PAY ME $200, YOU KEEP THE TV, SELL IT TO ANOTHER PARTY, GET YOUR MONEY BACK AND WE ALL, AFTER ALL THIS WAISTED TIME WILL PART FRIENDS. HER ANSWER WAS: GIVE ME UNTIL NEXT TUESDAY!! BOTTOM LINE, BEWARE OF ANDALUSIA TV.
