After goggling around talking to a few other outfits with more google reviews (and less stars). They gave me the all too familiar song and dance about their workload being SO busy and it would be 3-5 days before they could look at it. Patrick is awesome! I dropped off a horrible attempt at building my first PC. He turned a bowl of spaghetti (with wires all over the place) into a 1st class, work of PC art. The build came out incredibility clean and I'm truly inspired by my new work from home/productivity setup. When I called, Patrick picked up the phone and politely explained that he already had work on his table but would do his absolute best to get it done same day. So, I dropped it off at noon and he worked throughout the afternoon and night and I was able to pick it up later that evening. It's this type of dedication and the type of person you want working on your project. When I lived in the City I was impossible to find good quality IT help and to have Atkins Tech Solutions in the greater Pocono area is a serious benefit to our community. Would absolutely recommend to others and I plan to engage Patrick on some R&D projects my business is needing to help scale and grow.

Before going I had a ongoing PC issue for like 4-5 months, gave the task of trying to bring it back to life over to Patrick, who helped me solve the issue once and for all. Even helped with transporting all the way from Newark, and helping me with it after another issue popped up the second time. Now reunited with the beloved, 10/10 would pay again!
